Remote Recruiter - Del Rio, TX

Welcome to American Trucking Solutions, a corporate desk and office support operation. We are currently seeking a motivated individual in the Del Rio area to join our team as a Remote Recruiter. This is a work-from-home role focused on internal hiring processes, not trucking or CDL-related activities. You will handle warm leads and applications, connecting top talent with our corporate office.

Compensation and Structure

Your earning potential sits between $1,000 and $2,000 each week. This income is distributed under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. All payments are handled directly and on schedule.

Your Daily Role

Rather than making cold calls or telemarketing, you work exclusively with warm inbound leads and application inquiries that come to you. Your main tasks include:

• Conducting phone-based screening calls to evaluate candidate fit.
• Tracking all candidate interactions and progress within our CRM system.
• Guiding selected candidates step-by-step through a remote onboarding process.

What You Need to Get Started

To succeed in this role, you must have access to a reliable computer, a smartphone, and high-speed internet. Importantly, you must operate as a corporate entity. This means having an LLC with an EIN, or being willing to file for one. We provide step-by-step guidance during training to make that process simple.
