Class A CDL Truck Driver – Texarkana, AR

Join our Texarkana, AR team and drive with purpose. We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience to operate our late-model fleet, all under 18 months old. This is a high-reliability role designed for drivers who prioritize safety, consistency, and earning potential.

Localized Corridors

Your routes will primarily cover the Texarkana region, including key corridors along I-30, I-49, and US-59/US-71. Expect runs to and from Shreveport, Little Rock, Dallas-Fort Worth, and the broader Ark-La-Tex area. This allows for home time and regional stability.

Compensation & Weekly Scale

Target weekly earnings sit around a $1,750 ceiling. Your pay is built on a competitive per-mile rate plus stop pay, with consistent miles available to hit this range weekly.

Safety Gate Requirements

To ensure a safe operation, we enforce strict safety gate criteria:

  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
  • A clean and verifiable driving record is mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
  • No felony convictions in the last 7 years.
